We’re the Fire on the Mountain Cloggers® from San Antonio, Texas. We’re devoted to a danced steeped in American culture and history and dedicated to preserving the traditional aspects of clogging by combining intricate footwork with lively bluegrass music.
The team has performed throughout Teas and other states for over thirty years. International performances include shows in Munich, Germany, Caracas, Venezuela, as well as the International Cultural Festival in Xalapa, Mexico. Major performances in the United States have been Riverfest in Little Rock, Arkansas, the World’s Fair in New Orleans, Louisiana, a cultural festival in Raton, New Mexico, and a five-day booking at the Great American Music Festival in Branson, Missouri. Throughout the year the team performs at local exhibitions.
Various programs also include a German theme for Oktoberfest, Irish music and dance for St. Patrick’s Day festivities, and a Christmas/holiday program.
